The W.J. Blanchet scholarship, administered by the Virginia Community Foundation for a Greater Richmond, has been augmented to an annual award of $5,000, renewable for four years. This collegiate scholarship is designated for a pre-medical student, established in honor of Dr. Blanchet’s father.
